TEENS + YOUNG ADULTS

Build a strong foundation for the years ahead

High School

Whether navigating academic pressure, identity, relationships, family dynamics, or emotional struggles, I work collaboratively with you to begin to make sense of what you're experiencing and deepen self-understanding. Therapy can offer something most teens don't have much access to: an adult who is simply paying attention.

I work with teen clients in grades 9-12 in-person only. Adolescents in particular benefit from the consistency and containment of a shared physical space, so I don't offer telehealth for this age group.

Young Adults

Early adulthood can be a disorienting season of life: figuring out who you are, finding your footing professionally, managing anxiety or depression, and making sense of patterns in your relationships.  What brings someone to therapy at this stage of life is rarely the whole story, and exploring what lies beneath is often where the most useful work happens.
