High School
Whether navigating academic pressure, identity, relationships, family dynamics, or emotional struggles, I work collaboratively with you to begin to make sense of what you're experiencing and deepen self-understanding. Therapy can offer something most teens don't have much access to: an adult who is simply paying attention.

I work with teen clients in grades 9-12 in-person only. Adolescents in particular benefit from the consistency and containment of a shared physical space, so I don't offer telehealth for this age group.

Young Adults
Early adulthood can be a disorienting season of life: figuring out who you are, finding your footing professionally, managing anxiety or depression, and making sense of patterns in your relationships. Â What brings someone to therapy at this stage of life is rarely the whole story, and exploring what lies beneath is often where the most useful work happens.
