RATES + INFORMATION

Location

My office is located in downtown Northbrook, steps from the Metra station. There is convenient parking in front of the building, across the street, or in the Metra lot.

Sessions

I offer appointments on weekday evenings and Saturdays.

Once we find a day and time that works for you, I ask clients to commit to weekly sessions. Consistency is what allows our work together to deepen and take hold over time.

Insurance + Out-of-Network

I am in network with Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Illinois, Aetna, and Medicare insurance plans.

If you are self-pay or out of network, many PPO plans offer partial reimbursement. To make this easy, I can provide you with a monthly statement called a Superbill, which you submit to your insurer to create a claim for reimbursement.

If you have questions about your benefits, your insurance company's member services line can explain how their out-of-network reimbursement works. I'm also happy to talk this through during our consultation.

Rates

50 minute individual/couples sessions: $165

Fees are the same for in-person or remote sessions.
